  Rarely gets my Bagel Belt order correct and occasionally forgets stuff like hash browns, etc., other locations never seem to have this problem.

  Only 3 members of the staff can do their job, & do it well, while the rest consistently mess everything up. Often times when you've ordered, even when a single person or nobody at all is ahead of you, you could be waiting another 20mins or more to get your order, & even then, they'll forget to give you at least 1 part of your order & then you wait longer for that. When getting hot drinks, some with spill them literally all over the sides of your cup, & don't even wipe it off so you might not be able to avoid getting your hands sticky & wet. It's very common for them to mess up your order, & make you the wrong sand which & such so it's not at all what you want, & sometimes the bread you've been waiting for is actually older & quite dry. On top of those issues, I'd add that whenever a certain working makes the Boston cream donuts, they're fizzy & taste not like they're Suisse to. There's also less selection with drinks & baked goods at this location than the others.

  I live in the center of town so this was my "go to" spot EVERY morning to get my peppermint tea and breakfast. The last 3 weeks or so every time I go in to the restaurant they don't have ANYTHING I ask for.
  
  It also used to be a fairly quick moving line, but now I think they may have cut back on staff.
  
  Think we may have to change our morning commute. Not very impressed these days. :(
